Qualification - Jeff played Kenickie in Grease, Bobby Wheeler in TV's Taxi with Andy Kaufman and small time hood Rocko in Happy Days. More recently, Jeff has been seen in Babylon 5 as security chief Zack Allen. In the late seventies, Jeff was the proud owner of one of the widest haircuts on TV, a particularly high acheivement considering his whiteness. Jeff's can overcome anything, even lack of pigment.
